February and March have come and gone with little to show: most, nearly all, writings and rewritings are in the digital or physical garbage can. It’s my own perverse variation on the expression heard long ago on a software team about writing one (writing code, that is) to throw away: the first time coding a project might result in something that works, but after the fact you learn how it could be done better, therefore throw away that first writing.
